Leadership is one of Kappa Sigma's Four Pillars. Every member is given opportunities to progress in leadership, professional development, and career-building through service on a variety of committees and offices from philanthropy to recruitment.

Delta-Zeta's Executive Committee (EC) is the five elected officers who lead the Chapter. They are elected each November and serve one-year terms.
